1. What You Are Purchasing
ClarityHeat Pro provides temporary access to additional features that help you organize and understand your own HVAC quotes. This includes:
- Saving decoded quotes on your device
- Side-by-side viewing of two quotes
- Exporting PDF summaries
- Local history tools
- A limited number of saved quotes (up to 5 per access window)
These tools are informational only and do not provide professional advice.
2. 30-Day Fixed Access Window
Your purchase unlocks 30 consecutive days of Pro access starting immediately at checkout, regardless of usage.
- There are no recurring charges
- Access expires automatically after 30 days
- Reactivating Pro requires purchasing a new 30-day pass
This fixed window makes Pro access a time-based digital service, not a subscription.
⚠️ No Refunds — Final Sale
Because Pro access begins instantly and the tools are delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
3. Why No Refunds?
This is standard for:
- Digital services
- Instant-delivery upgrades
- Time-limited access passes
This also prevents disputes over "unused time," since access begins instantly and we cannot revoke features once unlocked.
4. Not Professional HVAC Advice (Important)
ClarityHeat Pro does not:
- Recommend contractors
- Judge contractor pricing
- Tell you which quote is "better"
- Make sizing decisions
- Provide financial or legal guidance
Decoded summaries only rephrase your own text into plain language for clarity.
All decisions must be reviewed with a licensed HVAC professional.
5. Privacy and Storage
ClarityHeat does not store:
- Your quotes
- Your history
- Your comparison results
- Any personal information
All Pro features store data only on your device using local browser storage. If you clear your browser data, those items may be removed.
6. Fair Use Limits
To keep operating costs manageable, Pro access includes:
- Unlimited decodes
- Up to 5 saved quotes at a time
- Side-by-side viewing of any 2 saved quotes
- Local history tools
- PDF export tools
If you need to save more quotes, simply delete old ones or purchase a new 30-day pass after expiration.
7. No Association With Contractors
ClarityHeat is independent and does not partner with, recommend, promote, or evaluate any contractors.
If a contractor views your decoded quote:
- They are seeing a rephrased version of your original text
- They are not seeing ClarityHeat's opinions or recommendations
- They cannot assume any endorsement or criticism
ClarityHeat only summarizes the information you provide.
8. Technical Requirements
Pro features require:
- A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- LocalStorage enabled
- A stable internet connection for decodes
If your browser or extensions block storage or scripts, some Pro features may not function.
9. Changes to Terms
ClarityHeat may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes apply to future purchases unless legally required otherwise.
